Onyx is a sweet German Shepherd who needs a family with a fenced in yard. When he was a puppy he was hit by a car and injured his back. He has some instability in his back legs due to his former injury and sometimes has urinary incontinent issues as well. He has been with us for many months while he was treated for an infection which has now resolved. Onxy needs a home where he can get some regular gental exercise to help strengthen his back legs. Swimming would be great for him as well. Our kennel situation is stressful for him and he is having trouble keeping an ideal weight. Due to his incontinent issues he may need to be an outside dog but we want to be sure that he will be secure in a fenced in yard and has an appropriate setup for extreme cold/hot weather. He loves to play with a ball as well as other toys.
