Teddy is a Lhasa Apso, born about 2-14-2017. He weighs about 10 pounds. Teddy was terribly matted when found – he looks much better now that he has been clipped. He hasn’t had much to smile about in his life so he’s a very serious little man. He would not do well around children as he might bite when frightened. An experienced, patient, and loving owner is needed for Teddy; one who will take the time to show him that there are things in this world to be happy about. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and tested heartworm negative.
