Macie is a cute, tiny Jack Russell Terrier about 1 ½ years old. She is smaller than the typical JRT and weighs 12 lbs. She may be what some call a “Shortie Jack” or Puddin’ Jack Russell. These JRTs are small and have short legs.
Macie is a great example of “good things coming in small packages”. True to her breed, she is high energy, expressive, and she’s sweet as can be. Macie loves her foster family including the cat and the other two dogs. She is also fine with the children she has met. Macie sleeps in her crate at night. During the day, she hangs out on the family patio and plays in the fenced yard. She enjoys a run around with the other dogs. When she’s inside she settles down and enjoys a little couch time watching TV before bed. She is learning to walk on a leash and is doing nicely with her housetraining. Macie would like a home where the humans are not away for long periods of time and want to spend time with her. She needs a fenced yard. Macie enjoys car rides too.
Macie has been spayed, is current on her vaccinations, is heartworm negative, microchipped and on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.
