Meet Pascal. He was brought to us from a shelter as a “chihuahua” with a skin infection. He is obviously not a Chihuahua and we are unsure of his breed. We treated his skin and you would never be able to tell he ever had an issue. Pascal LOVES other dogs and every single human he meets. He does have some energy as he is still very puppyish.
