Meet Penny!
Penny is a 3.5 year old Chihuahua that was surrendered to us when her owners could no longer care for her. She is a little on the chunky side at about 15lbs but we are working with her to get her figure back.
Penny LOVES everyone! She is the sweetest, happiest gal ever! She prances through the clinic and is so incredibly funny.
